Andrew Snider

Andrew Duff Snider peacefully passed away on September 10, 2013 in his home in George West , Texas. Andrew was a mechanic at Snider Auto Parts and Garage, a family business opened for over eighty years. He enjoy helping his kids with their livestock projects, hunting trips with close friends in west Texas , George West Longhorn football, and anything that involved his family. Andrew is survived in death by his wife of thirty-eight years, Gayle Kellner Snider, his three children Duff Snider(Jeannie) from George West, Andrea Owen(Wyatt) of New Berlin and Kerrie Owen(Eric) from George West, his six grandchildren Kayten, Jake and Clare Snider, Guy Owen and twins Abbie and Lottie Owen, his one brother Charles Snider(Cindy) of George West, three sisters Mary Frances Fisher of Adkins, Dorothy Voges from Portland and Laura Gilmore from George West, and numerous nieces and nephews. Andrew is preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Laura Snider and his three brothers, William, Joseph and Marion Snider. Andrew will be laid to rest near his home at the Gussettville Cemetery. A gentle soul has risen.
