Beatrice Brockman

Beatrice "Teenie" Brockman passed away at 12:30 p.m. at her home in Beeville, TX, with her loving family by her side on March 4, 2011, after a brave battle with cancer. Beatrice was employed as a bank teller at the First National Bank in Kenedy, TX, for many years, and State Bank and Trust in Beeville, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband Cliff Brockman. They were married for 44 years. She is survived by her one son, Dennis Craig Overby (Sissy) of Pinedale, WY; two grandchildren, Amy Mortensen (Reagan) of Skidmore, TX, and Michael Overby of Beeville, TX; three great grandchildren, Zachary and Mathieu Mortensen of Skidmore, TX and Cianna Overby of Kenedy, TX; one brother, Kenneth Overby (Doris) of Victoria, TX; three sisters, Marjorie Knight of Victoria, TX, Texie B. Odom of Kingsville, TX and Loretta Young (Don) of Stockdale, TX. She was an active member of the Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. She loved everyone in the Congregation dearly and felt as if they were family. Services are pending at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. A Special Thank You to Exclusive Hospice Care and to all the nurses that cared for her. She will be greatly missed by friends and family. Donations can be made to The American Cancer Society.
