Beulah Mcgill

Beulah Faye McGill, 97, died Thursday, June 10, 2010, at Odyssey Hospice House in San Antonio. Mrs. McGill was born on Dec. 13, 1912, in Waco. She was preceded in death by her parents, Beulah and Alma Fay Martin; two brothers, Cecil (Dorothy) Martin and Alvin (Ora Mae) Martin; two daughters, Betty Pennington Dreyer and Faye Rene Pennington Fugett; and son in law, W.M. "Netus" Dreyer. Survivors include her husband, Louis L. McGill of San Antonio; three granddaughters, Patricia (Robert) Fisher of Alvin, Lynn (Allan) Spence of Raymondville and Sherry (Lief) French of San Antonio; one grandson, Paul (Frances) Fugett of San Antonio; one son-in-law, Tommy Fugett of San Antonio; 11 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation was held at Seaside Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Corpus Christi from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday. A funeral service and interment immediately followed, with Chaplain Don Bailey officiating. Pallbearers were Paul Andrews, Robert Fisher, Lief French, Paul Fugett, Ray Martin, Craig McFarland, Charles "Chas" Spence, Dr. Allan Spence and Tommy Weaver.
