Billy Jarratt, Jr.

Billy Jim Jarratt, Jr., passed away on October 23, 2015 at the age of 61. He was born on December 23, 1953 in San Antonio, TX to Billy Jim and Janice Pearl (Luker) Jarratt. He graduated from Trinity University in 1976 with a degree in chemical engineering. Billy married Patricia Nystrom on May 15, 1976 in San Antonio. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Three Rivers and held various management positions at the Valero Refinery for over 30 years. Billy is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Jarratt; and sister, Ann Hyden. Billy is survived by his wife Patricia Jarratt of Three Rivers, TX; 5 sons, Billy Jim Jarratt, III of Three Rivers, TX, Brian (Celia) Jarratt of Albuquerque, NM, Andrew (Callie) Jarratt of Ft. Worth, TX, Brandon Jarratt of Seymour, MO, and Patrick Jarratt of Owensboro, KY; 2 grandchildren, Devon Jarratt of Three Rivers, TX, and Eleanor Jarratt of Albuquerque, NM. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27th, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church of Three Rivers. Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28th, at the First United Methodist Church of Three Rivers with Rev. Valli Blair officiating. Interment will follow Wednesday afternoon at 3:15 p.m. at the Leesville Cemetery in Leesville, TX.
