Bruce Presley

Bruce Wayne Presley, age 72, was called to be with the Lord on December 13, 2009, in Corpus Christi Texas. He was born on September 25, 1937 in Maryville Tennesse to Clifford Eugene and Alice Smith Presley. Bruce proudly served his country in the United States Army in which he retired after 20 years of services with the rank of Major. He is preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Presley is survived by wife, Leoda J. Presley of Mathis, Texas, daughters, Kathryn Olivia Presley of Mathis, Texas, Elizabeth (Joshua) Garces of San Antonio, Texas, Amanda (Nicolas) Chaves of Dilley, Texas; sons, Randy Presley of Nashville, Tennesse, Keith (Tracy) Presley of Toccoa, Georgia, Ron E. (Michelle) Presley of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, Michael Todd Presley of Atlanta, Georgia, sisters, Anna Marie Deri, Janice (Ed) Owens both of Maryville, Tennesse. Visitation will be on Wednesday December 16, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at First Baptist Church in Mathis TX, with a church service at 12 p.m. . . . Interment will be taking place Thursday afternoon, December 17, 2009 1:15 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
