Cecil Mccoy

CECIL MCCOY BEEVILLE - Cecil McCoy passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on September 11, 2013. She was 90 years old. She was born on April 15, 1923 in Lone Tree, Texas to John Harvey and Cecil Ruth (Massey) Suggs. She was formerly of Bastrop but grew up in Victoria. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows for 60 plus years. Cecil was a retired secretary and bookkeeper. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two sisters, one grandson and one daughter, Reedie Tipton. She is survived by her son, John Kemp and wife Kay of Houston; daughter, Cecil Priddy and husband Carroll of Orange Grove; nine grandchildren; host of great grandchildren; and brother, C.B. Suggs. A private family service will be held. Memorials may be made to charity of one's choice.
