Dalia Nerios

Dalia "Dolly" F. Nerios, 53, passed away on February 26, 2018. She was born on April 26, 1964, to Santos and Filomena (Frausto) Nerios, Sr. in Beeville, Texas. She was a member of St. George Catholic Church. Dolly was a 1983 graduate of George West High School and a caregiver to her parents, family and friends. She was always ready to help anyone in need, whether it was a ride to the doctor's office or a trip to the grocery store, she always was there. She was also the family holiday cook.
She was preceded in death by her father, Santos Nerios, Sr.
Survivors include her mother, Filomena F. Nerios of George West; sister, Rebecca "Becky" N. (Joaquin Rodriguez) Garcia of George West; brother, Santos (Maria) Nerios, Jr. of Beeville; nieces, Valarie G. (James) Valadez of George West and Vanessa (Anthony) Garcia of Three Rivers; nephew, Michael A. (Lisa) Garcia of Three Rivers; and great nieces and nephews, Valentina Valadez, Mia Rodriguez, Zachary Rodriguez, Michael Anthony Garcia and Alex Garcia.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018, at Galloway & Sons Chapel in George West with a Rosary recited there that evening at 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am. on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at St. George Catholic Church. Interment will follow at George West Cemetery.
