Dollie Herolt

Dollie Marie (Upchurch) Herolt, 68, of Beeville, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016.

Mrs. Herolt was born Aug. 4, 1948, in Beeville to Emma (Runge) and Roy Upchurch. She married Edward Herolt in Beeville on Oct. 27, 1966, and was a cook by profession. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Faith Lutheran Quilters and Golden Agers Faith Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant sister.

Survivors include her husband, Edward Herolt of Beeville; a daughter, Tammie (Bryan) Cushing of Beeville; two sons, Edward (Renee) Herolt, III of Floresville and Roy (Dawn) Herolt of Victoria; and five grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Alexis, Jordan and Clayton.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 20, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel.

The funeral service will be conducted at Faith Lutheran Church Monday, Nov. 21, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Gary Conklin officiating. Musical selections will include “Rock of Ages” and “The Old Rugged Cross.” Burial will follow at Waldheim Cemetery in Tynan.

Pallbearers will be Roy Herolt, Edward Herolt III, Clayton Herolt, Bryan Cushing, Richard McBrayer and Jeff Oltjendiers.
