Domingo Moreno

Domingo L. Moreno, 71, of George West, Texas passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Christus Spohn Hospital, Beeville.

Mr. Moreno was born July 3, 1949 in Live Oak County to Carlotta (Lopez) and Esteban Moreno. He was employed with the City of George West Water Department for numerous years. He married Gloria Rodriguez in George West on January 26, 1970 and was a faithful member of St. George Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlotta and Esteban Moreno.

Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Gloria Moreno; a son, Noe (Leticia) Moreno of Kingsville; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, March 29, at Galloway & Sons Chapel in George West.

A Rosary will be recited at 1 o’clock that afternoon at St. George Catholic Church followed by the funeral Mass celebration at 1:30 p.m. with Father Romeo Salinas officiating. Burial will be follow at George West Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Noe Moreno Jr., Angel Moreno, R.J. Ramirez, Albert Moreno, Robert Moreno and Faustino Patlan.
