Dora Wolfe

Dora Ann Wolfe, 68, of Cotulla formerly of Beeville passed away on May 17, 2016. She was born October 6, 1947 to Alfred H. and Delaphine (Weber) Kopplin, Sr. in San Antonio, Texas. She married David Wolfe on March 21, 1970 in Beeville, Texas. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, LaSalle County Fair Association and A&M Club. Dora retired from Texas Ag Finance after 31 years of dedicated service. She was an award-winning baker and dedicated countless hours to the Jr. Livestock show and auction. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Alfred Hugo "Butch" Kopplin; and father-in-law, Oliver Wolfe. She is survived by her husband, David Wolfe of Cotulla; son, Clint Wolfe and wife Jana of McKinney; sisters, Lou Joyce Schulenburg and husband Frank of Beeville, Dellene Blackmore and husband Craig of New Braunfels; brothers, Wesley "Bunky" Kopplin of Smiley, and Leslie "Buddy" Kopplin of San Antonio and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Beeville. Funeral service will be conducted at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Faith Lutheran Church in Beeville. Interment will follow in Beeville Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Robert Hart, Harold Herrmann, Frank Leone, Warren Kopplin, Cody Musick and Scott Trlica.
