Elida Carroll

Elida M. Carroll, born on January 15, 1933, in Three Rivers, TX, was called home by the Lord on Friday, March 23, 2018, at the age of 85.

She was preceded in death by her father, Miguel Martinez; her mother, Petra DeLeon; and her husband, Melvin Carroll.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Mary) Trevino; grandchildren, Megan (Brian) Haworth and Wesley (Valerie) Trevino; and a great-granddaughter to be born in May, Vivienne Jean Trevino. She is also survived by her sister, Emma Flores; a stepson, Dewayne Carroll; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by the Rosary recited there at 10 a.m.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated there that morning at 11 o'clock with Father Ryszard Zielinski officiating.

Interment will follow at the Three Rivers Cemetery.
