Erasmo Moya

Erasmo Ruben Moya, 56, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017. Erasmo was born August 20, 1961, in Three Rivers, Texas, to Erasmo and Abelina (Tanguma) Moya Jr. and was a lifelong resident of Live Oak County.

Erasmo was a devoted and loving husband and father, as well as a gentle, nurturing and protective grandfather. As a provider, he spent his working career in the field of fencing and construction. Erasmo had a passion for helping others, traveling, fishing and spending time with loved ones.

Erasmo Ruben Moya is survived by his wife of 39 years, Maria Guadalupe Moya of Three Rivers; two sons, Ruben Moya of Three Rivers and Ivan Moya of San Antonio; two daughters, Genesis Moya of San Antonio and Alexis Moya of Corpus Christi; three grandchildren, David, Ciarra and Kyara Moya; three brothers, Richard (Irene) Moya of Three Rivers, Roger (Erika) Moya of Three Rivers and Roy (Benjie) Moya of Three Rivers; and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation was will be held Monday, October 16, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Three Rivers with family present from 5 to 8 p.m. Pastor Nora Coronado will lead the service from 7 to 8 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Nora Coronado officiating. Interment will follow at the Three Rivers Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Roy Moya, Roger Moya, Fernando Castillo, Venustiano Silva, Foxie Moya and Carlos Castillo.
