Frances Ella R. Rich Finke, 85, passed away on February 28, 2016. She was born on June 13,1930, in Port Lavaca,Texas to John Wesley Rich and Arell Dierlam Holton. She was a graduate of Lolita High School. Frances married Harold G. Finke on September 26,1953, and together they owned and operated Finke Electric. She was executive stenographer for Union Oil & Gas Producing Company. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She was a substitute teacher for B.I.S.D. and S.T.I.S.D. She was a member of American Cancer Society, Beeville Garden Club, Beeville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Finke; parents, John Wesley Rich and wife, Mary, and Arell Holton and husband, Preston; brothers, Bud Rich, Wesley Rich; step-brother, James Holton; and sister, Lillian Ballard. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Benavidez and husband, Sandy, of Beeville, Diana Boscamp and husband, Steve of Skidmore; five grandchildren, Rob Boscamp, Tori (Michael) Shay, John Boscamp, Mandi Boscamp and Samuel Benavidez; step-sister, Evelyn Hakanson; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2016, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2016, at First Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Traylor officiating. Burial will follow in Beeville Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Rob Boscamp, John Boscamp, Steve Boscamp, Sandy Benavidez, Samuel Benavidez, Michael Shay, Bruce Phillips and Charles Besancon. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Stewart, Lee Meyer, Wayne Dierlam, John Galloway, Buddy Dierlam and Jon Stewart.
