Jacob Aldridge

Jacob Henry Aldridge, 28, of Beeville, died Monday, June 22, 2015. Mr. Aldridge was born in Beeville on Oct. 20, 1986, to John Robert and Annette (Lee) Aldridge. He attended Beeville ISD and was a 2005 graduate of Pettus High School. He was a decorated Afghanistan war veteran who served honorably in the United States Army for seven years. He was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Iraq Afghanistan Veterans Organization (IAVO). He was a Christian. He was preceded in death by his father, John Robert Aldridge. Survivors include his mother, Annette Aldridge of Georgetown; two children, Cordelia Marie Annette Aldridge and Witten Robert Lee Aldridge, both of San Antonio; three brothers, Clint R. (Brianne) Aldridge of New Mexico, Scott Aldridge of League City and John Charles Aldridge of LaMarque; and numerous other family members and friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at the VFW Hall. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Galloway Funeral Home chapel.
