James Taylor

James Thomas Taylor, Jr., 88, passed away on November 29, 2010. He was born to James Thomas Taylor, Sr. and Jessie Staples Taylor on May 19, 1922. James served in the United States Army. He married Juanita Brown in Garden City, Kansas. He was a rancher and a member of First Baptist Church in Pawnee. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Taylor of Mineral, Texas; children, Elaine (Pete) Dobson of Mineral, Texas and Jim (Judy) Taylor of Gatesville, Texas; grandchildren, Michael Dobson, Jennifer Card, Amber Elliott, Laurie Dobson, Tamara Barker, Bradley Taylor, Brett Taylor and Katelynn Taylor; sixteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Bonnie Faye Kennedy of Angleton, Texas; and caregivers, Elva Alaniz, Mary Rivas, Anita Garcia, Holly Rodriguez, and Reyes Alaniz.
