Jerome Troell, Jr.

Jerome (Bud) Otto Troell, Jr., 77, of Live Oak County passed away Sunday, October 5th 2014 in Beeville hospital after a short illness. He was born November 24, 1936 to Jerome Otto Troell, Sr. and Mary McKinney Troell. He was a member of the St. George Catholic Church, an area auto mechanic, farmer and cattleman. He supported Youth Baseball Organizations. He was a George West High School graduate in 1955. He was preceded in death by his parents; nieces, Megan Troell and Katie Troell. He is survived by his sons, Jerome (Kathy) Otto Troell, III of George West, TX and Jeffrey William Troell of Corpus Christi, TX; five grandchildren, Jenny (Derick) Fuentes of Houston, TX, Jessica (Patrick) Higgins of San Antonio, TX, Justine Troell of George West, TX, James Crabb and Makaylah Davis; three great grandchildren; four brothers, Luther (Janis) Troell, Mike (Judy) Troell, Ted (Judy) Troell, Gilbert Ray ( Patty) Troell; six sisters, Marian Burkhardt, Pat Holland, Ellen Snider, Ginger (Sherman) Clifton, Mary Beth (Ken) Blevins, Evelyn Jo (David) Newman; numerous nieces and nephews; and the mother of his sons, Earline Troell. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at St. George Catholic Church in George West, TX. A Holy Rosary will be recited that evening at 7 p.m. at St. George Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. at St. George Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 8, 2014. Interment will follow at the Gussettville Cemetery in Gussettville, TX.
