Joe Perez Jr.

Joe M. Perez Jr., 75, of George West, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018, in Victoria.
Mr. Perez was born Jan. 24, 1943 in Skidmore to Jose M. and Porfiria (Martinez) Perez. He married Maria Estrada in Victoria on July 4, 1998 and retired as a handyman and from the oilfield industry. He was a member of Faith Family Life Church in Three Rivers.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Rodney Jeffrey Perez; four brothers; and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Maria E. Perez of George West; five sons, Joe Ray Perez and Ricky (Emma) Perez, both of George West, Raymond (Connie) Perez of San Angelo, Sammy (Kim) Perez of Corpus Christi and Adam Perez of Houston; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers, Martin David Perez of Victoria and Mike Perez of Beeville; and three sisters, Felipa Perez of El Campo, Maria Garza of Arcadia, Florida and Anna Bell Castillo of San Angelo.
Visitation will be held at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel in Three Rivers on Friday, Nov. 2, from 6 to 8 p.m.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, at Faith Family Life Church, with Pastor Delia Ruiz officiating. Burial will follow in the George West Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Lacy Perez, Justin Guerrero, Justin Perez, Ashley Perez, Devon Drodz and Hunter Drodz.
