Jose Sanchez

Jose Vicente Sanchez, 50, of George West, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Mr. Sanchez was born to Porfirio and Rafaela Longoria Sanchez on July 7, 1964, in Altus, Oklahoma. He worked for Chotaw Lease Services. He was preceded in death by his parents, Porfirio and Rafaela Longoria Sanchez. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Lopez Sanchez of George West; a sister, Catalina (Joe) Zuniga of George West; brothers, Porfirio (Linda) Sanchez, Jr. and Martin (Jenny Lawson) Sanchez, both of George West; Miguel (Maria) Longoria and Freddie Longoria, both of Seagraves; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, May 29, from 2 to 9 p.m. at the Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel in George West. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. that evening. Services will be conducted Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m. at the George West Worship Center. Pallbearers will be Randy Garcia, Derek Sanchez, Baldemar Romero, Tony Castillo, Joey Munoz, Wayne Saenz, Javier Melendez and Dalton Stewart. Interment will be at George West Cemetery.
