Lillian Newberry

Lillian Sanders Newberry, 82, of Beeville died Monday, May 31, 2010. She was born on Oct. 19, 1927, in Lindsey, Okla., to Henry and Beulah (Raney) Sanders. She married William Boyd Newberry on Oct. 19, 1949, in Laredo. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Beulah Sanders; her husband, William Boyd Newberry on April 11, 1983; and a sister, Elsie Haney. Survivors include three nieces, Elsie Jane White and Faye Gustafson, both of Lufkin, and Louise McCarty of Chandler; and a brother, Leonard Sanders of Alameda, Calif.
