Marco Soliz

Marco E. "Mark" Soliz, 46, of Campbellton, Texas passed away on August 16, 2016. He was born on April 29, 1970, in Atascosa County, Texas. He married Jennifer Myers on July 4, 2001. Mr. Soliz was a member of Cowboy Fellowship Church and a member of the Whitsett Volunteer Fire Department. He was a former corrections officer for T.D.C.J. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Soliz of Campbellton ; daughters, Melodie Luna of Silver Hill, Alabama and Dorothie Soliz of Campbellton; mother, Lucy Hawk of Whitsett; sister, Amy Galindo of Whitsett; 3 nieces, Angela Galindo, Stacy Galindo and Sophie Gorrell; 3 nephews, Joe Manuel Galindo, Jacob Lofthouse and Zac Lofthouse; great niece, Elah Woods; and great nephew, Gage Odum. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2016, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Three Rivers. Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 20, 2016, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Whitsett. Pallbearers will be Lance Pullin, Stevie Guajardo, Joe Manuel Galindo, David Mauricio, Jason Amaro, Olin Welch, Darren Pullin, Eric Ruiz, Orlando Ruiz and Oscar Ruiz.
