Margery Mccurdy

Margery Ruth McCurdy, 68, of Beeville, died Saturday, April 14, 2018.

Ms. McCurdy was born Aug. 19, 1949, in Beeville to Doris (Teas) and William Oscar McCurdy Jr. She retired from Coastal Bend College where she taught history.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two brothers, Dr. William O. (Norma) McCurdy III of Houston and John (Linda) McCurdy of Beeville; and four nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 20, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel. A rosary will be recited there that evening at 7 o'clock.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at St. Joseph Cemetery.
