Mary Bevil

Mary Jean Bevil passed away in her home in San Antonio on Friday, August 12, 2011 at the age of 64 years old. Mary was a graduate of A.C. Jones High School in Beeville and Baylor University in Waco, where she received her undergraduate and Master's degrees. She was a retired teacher from the San Antonio Independent School District where she loved teaching children with special needs for several years. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Edwin and Gladys Diebel of Beeville. She is survived by her sister, Betty Sue Newton and husband Jon of Austin, nephew Hart Hoover and wife Emily of San Antonio and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services are scheduled at Galloway and Sons Funeral Home, 409 N. Tyler in Beeville, Texas on Tuesday, August 16th at 11AM. Interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.
