Miles Schwierzke

Miles “Johnny” Schwierzke, 66, of Portland, died Monday, March 10, 2014.

Mr. Schwierzke was born May 27, 1947, in Refugio to Hilmer and Maude Emma (Kramer) Schwierzke.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Beverly Hoaglin; and niece, Donna Harris.

Survivors include his siblings, Hilmer Schwierzke of Flour Bluff, Jenny Raymond of Port Aransas and Brenda Law (Bob Warner) of Portland; and numerous nieces and nephews.


Burial will be held on Friday, March 28, and will be private. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 29, at 3 p.m. in Beeville Memorial Park with James Bruster officiating.
