Myrna Schulze

Myrna Patricia “Pat” Schulze was born December 22, 1943 and entered into the arms of our Lord on February 6, 2022 at the age of 78.

Pat was born in Hebbronville, Texas to George Wilton Prewitt and Esther “Pete” (Valera) Prewitt and graduated from Jourdanton High School. She spent her life taking care of her children, her children’s children, and their children’s children, as well as a multitude of others who needed “raising” or a “helping hand” at one time or another. She loved her babies with all her heart, and she cared for them more than seems possible. Her love and affection will be missed by those who knew her, but heaven just got a little brighter.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Gale.

Survivors include her husband, John Schulze; her four children, Chuck, Tammy, Chris and Michael; niece, Dawn; grandchildren Johnny, Laura, Jacob and Georgia; great-grandchildren, Lily, Mason, Christian and Eden; and her best friend, Ben Short.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 15, at Galloway & Sons Chapel in George West followed by a graveside service at 2 o’clock at Gussettville Cemetery.
