Nancy Reagan

Nancy S. Reagan passed away peacefully at her home at Jefferson's Garden, Edmond, Oklahoma on Friday, June 8, 2012. She was born March 16, 1916 in Weymouth, Dorset, England to Surgeon Captain Richard W. Stanistreet, R.N. and Amy Margaret Stanistreet. In 1939 while visiting family friends in Goliad, Texas, Nancy met and married Dr. Tom B. Reagan of Beeville. Nancy spent her life loving and caring for her family. She moved to Oklahoma City in 1993, following the death of her husband. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; son, Richard C. Reagan; daughter, Elizabeth Margaret Reagan; husband, Dr. Tom B. Reagan; and daughter, Rosemary Reagan. She is survived by daughter, Carolyn Mills of San Antonio; son and daughter-in-law John and Robbie Reagan of Edmond, OK; son and daughter-in-law Will and Jane Rossi Reagan of Edmond, OK; granddaughters Ruth Brinkley (San Antonio), Laura Laporte (Tucson, AZ) and Kate Schuelke (Oklahoma City); grandsons John Mills (San Antonio), Daniel Reagan (Oklahoma City) and Dustin Reagan (Oklahoma City); great-grandchildren Reagan Mills, Kate Mills, Connor Brinkley, Dawson Brinkley, Eli Reagan, Daniela Laporte, Alex Laporte, Juliette Laporte, Blake Schuelke and Hank Reagan; by many, many Reagan Family and Davis Family nieces, nephews and cousins-in-law; and by her English and Welsh cousins. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 15, 2012, 5pm to 7pm at Galloway & Sons Funeral, Beeville. Services at 10am Saturday, June 16, 2012, First Presbyterian Church, Beeville, TX followed by graveside service at Glenwood Cemetery, Beeville, TX.
