Nona Davis

Nona Lee "Tocker" Davis, 88, was born on April 26, 1924, in Beeville Texas. She passed away peacefully in Corpus Christi, Texas on November 28, 2012, among family. She was a graduate of Baylor University. Nona was a loving sister and aunt who served more than 30 years as a volunteer at Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi. Nona was preceded in death by her mother, Nona Berry Davis and father Charles Green Davis, both of Beeville. She is survived by her twin sister, Jennie Elizabeth Evans, nephews Robert Berry Evans and George Kline Evans and their children. A viewing was planned at the Galloway & Sons Funeral Home in Beeville on Monday, December 3, at 1 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 3 p.m. Interment was held at Glenwood Cemetery.
