Paul Norman Sullivan, 74, of Beeville died Monday, April 5, 2010. Mr. Sullivan was born on Oct. 25, 1935, in McKinney to James Alvin and Mae Ila (Hancock) Sullivan and married Irene Morris on Jan. 21, 1978, in Beeville. He was a retired chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy, a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post #1970 in Beeville and a member of Bible Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Roy and Bobby Sullivan, and two sisters, Irene Sullivan and Mildred Reese. Survivors include his wife, Irene (Morris) Sullivan of Beeville; two daughters, Linda Ballard of Jacksboro and Francis (Michael) Martinez of Beeville; two sons, Robert (Debbie) Palmore of Plainville and William (Cindy) K. Bryan of Hasting, Neb.; two brothers, Louie Sullivan of New Baden and Dan (Sandy) Sullivan of Aurora, Colo.; two sisters, Mary Krueger of Denton and Barbara (Floyd) Rollins of Shepherd; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Visitation will be held this evening (Wednesday) from 6 to 8 p.m. at Galloway & Sons chapel in Beeville. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Dave Reese officiating. Burial will follow at Beeville Memorial Park.
