Reginald Morgan

Reginald Morgan, 86, of Beeville, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013. Mr. Morgan was born Feb. 12, 1926, in Midwest, Wyo., to Ada Ethel (Miller) and Willie Edward Morgan. He served in the U.S. Navy in World War II, receiving the victory medal, Asiatic Pacific Campaign medal, American Campaign medal and the Philippine liberation ribbon. He married Lola Neyland on Dec. 3, 2009, also worked in the oilfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Ada Morgan; brothers, Burl Morgan, Jack Morgan, Edward Morgan and Raymond Morgan; and a sister, Norena Morgan. Survivors include his wife, Lola Morgan of Beeville; five children, Sherry Kinoche of Oklahoma, Reginald (Maureen) Morgan Jr. of Groesbeck, Edward (Lisa) Morgan and David (Angelica) Morgan, both of Dallas, and Olden (Sarah) Morgan of Beeville; 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
