Rodolfo Morin

Rodolfo "Rudy" Cuevas Morin, 62, of George West, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2016. Mr. Morin was born Sept. 14, 1954, in George West to Irene (Cuevas) and Pablo Morin. He was foreman for Paloma Lease Service and a member of Lord's House of Refuge. He was preceded in death by his father, Pablo Morin; and a brother, Juan Morin. Survivors include his mother, Irene Morin of George West; two daughters, Clarissa (Roel Vela) Morin of Beeville and Annjelika Ramirez Morin of San Marcos; a son, Leroy (Monica) Morin of Seguin; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; six brothers, Lucio Morin of Live Oak County and Angel Morin, Paul Morin, Jenaro Morin, Armando Morin and Rosendo Morin, all of George West; three sisters, Adela Williford of Beeville and Anita Ferrell and Mary Saenz, both of Three Rivers; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home in Beeville. The funeral service will be conducted at Kingsway Church on Friday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Isaac De Los Santos officiating. Burial will follow in George West Cemetery.
