Rosalie Semar

Rosalie Jane (Crumrine) Semar, 90, of Tuleta, died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015. Mrs. Semar was born May 19, 1925, in Dale to Rosabelle Calliham and Roy Crumrine. She married Lloyd Semar in Aransas Pass on April 20, 1943, and was a homemaker and a member of Tuleta Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Roy Floyd Semar and Clyde Vincent Semar; granddaughter, Emily Jane Semar; and brother, Glenster Crumrine. Survivors include her sons, Cary Lloyd (Mariata) Semar of San Leon and Dale Lee (Angela) Semar of Trinity; a sister, Trevia Harris of El Campo; eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 27, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel. The funeral service will be conducted there at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, with Rev. Jack Allen officiating. Musical selections will be provided by organist Brenda Howard and vocalist Teresa Shimeck. Burial will follow in Tuleta Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Matthew, Joshua, Joel, Chris, Patrick, Steven, Danial, and John Semar.
