Rosemary Hoing

Rosemary (Jones) Hoing, 72, of Berclair, died Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010. Mrs. Hoing was born Oct. 25, 1938, in Raymondville to Arlo Eddie and Gale (White) Jones. She married Neil Hoing and earned her doctorate degree from Baylor University. She was retired from Pettus ISD as special education director and also formerly worked for Corpus Christi ISD. She was a member of St. Philip's Episcopal Church and was a cancer survivor. Survivors include three children, Michael (Ronda) Ide and Betsy (Loren) Dunbar, both of Zillah, Wash., and Jennifer (Chris) Hale of Berclair; 10 grandchildren, Austin, Weston, Danny, Cody, Troy, Madeline, Hunter, Hailey, Hannah and Hayden.
