Ruth Marshall

Ruth Marshall, 93, passed away on March 20, 2015. She was born in Choates, Texas on March 22, 1921 to Eloise (Long) and Joseph Franklin Sciba. She married Thomas Ran (Peck) Marshall in Tuleta, Texas on March 3, 1940. She was a member First United Methodist Church and a resident of George West since 1955. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Thomas Marshall. She is survived by her daughter, Harriett Hinton of Round Rock and son, Richard Marshall of Aransas Pass; 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Galloway & Sons Chapel in George West. Funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at First United Methodist Church in George West. Interment will follow at George West Cemetery.
