Susan Jostes

Susan (Winsauer) Jostes, 63, of Tynan, Texas, died Sunday, February 3, 2019.

Mrs. Jostes was born March 7, 1955, to Delroy and Elizabeth (Person) Winsauer in Sinton, Texas. She married Glenn Jostes on February 4, 1978, in Mathis, Texas, and was a dental hygienist. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Mathis and enjoyed cooking and baking.

She was preceded in death by her father, Delroy Winsauer.

Survivors include her husband, Glenn Jostes of Tynan; mother, Elizabeth Winsauer of Tynan; a daughter, Melissa Jostes of Tynan; a son, Kyle Jostes of Mathis; a sister, Janice (Steve) Seidel of Orange Grove, two brothers, Glenn (Dionis) Winsauer of Grapevine and Keith Winsauer of Burleson; a granddaughter, Ella Jostes of Tynan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Beeville with Rev. Michael Dobbs officiating. Burial will follow at Beeville Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Edward Polasek, Carson Polasek, Kasey Doggett, Casey Schmidt, Drew Winsauer and Vic Seidel.
