William "Bill" Joseph Brzozowski, 87, of Beeville, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018, following a long illness.
Mr. Brzozowski was born May 26, 1931 to T.J. and Floy (Kridler) Brzozowski in Gonzales, Texas. He retired from Lucent Technologies after 36 years and was engaged in ranching which he enjoyed. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Beeville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, T.J. and Floy (Kridler) Brzozowski; a sister, Margie Guckian; and a brother, Donald Brzozowski.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Laura Sue (Carter) Brzozowski; one brother, Charles (Cathy) Brzozowski of San Antonio; one daughter, Carol Sue (Adan) Benavides of Corpus Christi; four sons, Jerry (Georgia) Brzozowski of Pettus; David (Karen) Brzozowski of Hutto; Dean Brzozowski of Beeville and Alan Brzozowski of San Antonio; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 16, at Galloway & Sons Funeral Home chapel. A rosary will be recited there that evening at 7 o'clock.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 17, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Brzozowski, Jerry Wayne Brzozowski Jr., Garrett Brzozowski, Adan Benavides, Zachary Brzozowski, Dean Brzozowski and Alan Brzozowski.
Honorary pallbearers will be Donnie Brzozowski, Ronnie Brzozowski and Charles Brzozowski.
